So I went to Joshua Tree National Park, again. But this time it was for night photography. Took me about 30 minutes to realize what I was doing horribly wrong. But once I figured it out I was giddy. Only flaw? I don't have a cable release for long exposures so ... que sera sera. I am still excited that I photographed the milky way.
On a sad note... my infrared camera is about to bite the bullet. The screen is coming off, the shutter button is sticking, and it's a little dinosaury for the HiRes that everyone seems to be demanding these days. But I have a habit of using things until the duct tape can't hold it together anymore. Downfall of being a broke artist is in the replacing of gear. In the mean time I am trying to decided what camera I want to get to replace it when I can replace it.
I am also finally caught up on getting final images to the models. Now if only I could catch up on the 9 months worth of landscapes... But I've decided not to let being behind on that stop me from traveling and taking new photos.
